Wilmington, DE, Dec. 4, 2006 - - Effective immediately, the Paper Technologies and Ventures Group of Hercules Incorporated will become the exclusive distributor for Wisdom Adhesives products and services for the worldwide pulp and paper industry.  Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Wisdom Adhesives will continue with manufacturing activities and Hercules will manage the marketing, sales and service of the portfolio of adhesives products.  Hercules will initially focus on the Tissue and Towel market segment and the products will be marketed under the Hercules Dimension brand name.
