Wilmington, DE , Sep. 12, 2007 - - Effective September 1, 2007, Poliquímicos, S. A. de C. V. became the exclusive distributor of Hercules Incorporated for paper chemicals in Mexico.

Hercules Paper Technologies and Ventures will continue its product research, development and manufacturing activities while Poliquimicos will manage the marketing, sales, technical support and product administration of the products to this market.  Local applications knowledge and mill expertise will be retained through the transfer of the sales force to Poliquimicos.  Hercules will continue to provide laboratory and specialized applications support for Mexico.  

Hercules Mexico, S. A. de C. V. will continue its normal activities in Central America, as well as supporting their distributors in Colombia and Peru.
